Speakers

Matthew Strobel, PE, CCP, is Director of Building Commissioning at Bright Power. With a strong foundation in technical systems and code‑compliant processes, he leads the commissioning of new construction and retrofit projects throughout New York City and State, ensuring optimized building performance and operational excellence. With a background as an HVAC design intern—supporting projects in schools, airports, and government facilities—he brings a practical, systems-based approach to both new construction and existing-building retrofits 

Patrick Slutter is a Senior Account Manager who focuses on affordable multifamily housing in the greater New York area. In his work at Bright Power, Patrick collaborates with developers, asset managers, and property managers on new and existing buildings throughout New York. He holds a   Master’s in Development Economics from Fordham University and previously worked within the NYC affordable housing non-profit and renewable energy sectors.
